Mural made in the village of Mendavia (Navarra) for the second edition of the urban art festival "Malanube". Origin. A word chosen as the basis for the project in homage to the village and produce of Mendavia. A village in Spain with the most designations of origin, boasting a total of 11 quality certifications within its municipal boundaries. A special word with various connotations. This is what makes the mural itself so special: the individual’s own interpretation of it. A word that refers to the recognised denominations of local products but which, at the same time, is a word that works on its own and in which any target public can see itself reflected. The colour palette used is earthy colours in honour of the ground where the food comes from and which is most visible in the landscape of this village. All this has been done with plastic paint, rollers and brushes.
